The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to a beautiful lake and surrounded by lush forests, making it the perfect escape from the city life. the hotel was clean and functional, giving a hospital-like vibe. the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, making the dining experience pleasant.
The reception staff were disappointing, as they lacked customer service skills which made communication difficult due to their limited English. the cold food buffet served for dinner and breakfast was monotonous and lacked variety, that felt like eating the same thing over and over again.

I loved the tranquil location of the hotel nestled next to the lake and forest. The relaxing area nearby was a real treat. The staff at the restaurant were so friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel was spotless and had all the facilities I needed.

Our New Year’s experience at this hotel was simply amazing. The location was perfect as it was surrounded by a beautiful lake and a serene forest. We also enjoyed the functional hotel premises which were kept clean at all times. The staff at the restaurant were the best. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay much more enjoyable.
Although the hotel was clean and functional, the reception staff needs improvement. They lacked customer service skills and were not fluent in English which made communication slightly difficult.
